David is in a play!
So David is in a play. We will be heading there in about 30 minutes. I’ll post later with an update on the play and the part David had in it.
Update: So the play was incredible, ranging from 5 year olds to 17 year olds. Most of the main actors/actresses were older. It had many, including myself, smiling, laughing and brought to tears with this moving story.
At the end of the play, David played one of the many children living in heaven who were aborted. “Tilly” really gives you an amazing perspective on the preciousness of the unborn child. If you haven’t read the book, it is a must read if it is anything like the play. Here is a summary of the book:
Tilly presents the story of Kathy and Dan Ross, who, with their sons and daughter, are living the American dream. Then they discover a mysterious grave with only one date inscribed on it. Kathy is fixated on the name: “Tilly.” Dan starts asking questions about the grave, and what he discovers unearths painful secrets from the couple’s past and leads them to God’s forgiveness.
